Utilizing services from our Property Management Company
Our familiarity with the buildings, and grounds offers us the ability to offer some services at a discount only to existing tenants (charges may apply). Some of these services include:
- Apartment Cleaning
- Damage Repair
- Garbage Removal - see below
- Vacation water shut-off (recommended, free), and walk-through
Garbage Removal
The city of Guelph does not pick up garbage that is not in the prescribed bins. For items that are larger than normal household waste bags, there is a charge by the city. Private garbage pick up is available, and we also offer this service. To efficiently dispose of trash and transfer that lower cost to you, the pick-up service needs to be planned in as much advance as possible. Please call us for an estimate.
